Rent is due the 1st of every month and is paid only through RentRedi. Your signed lease is the source of truth for your exact amounts and schedule — if RentRedi does not match it, tell us and we will fix it.

How payments work

• Rent is due the 1st, paid only through RentRedi.
• Balances are per unit — a unit is marked paid only at $0. Partial payments are supported, so split it however you like, but coordinate: late fees apply to the whole unit.
• Pay the oldest charge first — the app requires it.
• Never pay by Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Money sent that way does not count as paid and your unit still owes the balance. Zelle is used only to send deposit refunds. If anyone asks you to pay Metro X Realty another way, that is not us — tell us immediately. </aside>

What rent includes

• Water and hot water
• Heating
• Garbage and recycling
• Normal electric usage
• Internet Wi‑Fi
• One assigned parking spot per unit — see Parking Information

Not included: A/C, payment-platform fees, and the end-of-lease HOA fee below.

Setting up RentRedi

1. Download RentRedi – For Tenants from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign up with the email we have on file and verify it, or you will not see your unit's charges. No invite? Check spam, then reach out.
3. Open Rent, tap your charge, and link your checking account through Plaid.

Payment methods

RentRedi shows any fee before you confirm. Tenants cover convenience fees.

Auto-pay

Strongly recommended for every tenant. In RentRedi: Rent → Set Up Auto-Pay → enter your amount → choose a date on or before the 1st → save. Link a bank account, not a card. It is the simplest way to protect your unit from late fees.
