Parking rules
- One spot per unit, included in rent. Metro X Realty confirms your spot at lease signing or move-in — if you are unsure which is yours, ask.
- Assignments: you currently have one parking permit. Permanent designated spaces will be assigned during August, before most tenants return for the school year, and announced in your property's GroupMe group.
- Park only in your own spot. Never block a driveway, walkway, the lot, or another tenant's spot.
- Towing: Metro X Realty has a contract with a tow company. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
- Snow removal: lots are cleared within 24 hours after snowfall.
- Cameras: parking lots are covered by cameras, maintained as part of the end-of-lease HOA fee — see Rent & Payments.
