Rules in effect now

1. Rent is due the 1st, through RentRedi only, and is collected per unit — a unit is paid only at $0. → Rent & Payments
2. Late fees apply as written in your lease. → Rent & Payments
3. Set up auto-pay. Strongly recommended for every tenant.
4. All repairs go in RentRedi → Repair, even if you also mention them elsewhere. → Maintenance Requests
5. Never pay by Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. Refunds are the only thing we send by Zelle.
